Delivery starts at $15 and depends on the delivery location.

Delivery is available 10am-8pm Monday to Friday, and 10am-6pm on Saturday.

To request a delivery outside these hours please contact us (note an additional charge will apply).

We guarantee your order will be delivered on the requested date. We make every effort to deliver at the requested time but delivery times are approximate and can vary by 1-2 hours.

We prefer not to leave arrangements at the door as we are responsible for their freshness, aesthetics and safety; therefore we sometimes contact the recipient to confirm the best time for delivery.

Here are some tips to help prolong your flowers’ life and to keep them fresh as long as possible:

• Place flowers in glass vase filled with 1/3 cold water
• Add flower food to water (follow instructions indicated on the bag)
• Keep flowers away from direct sun, heat, draft, and fruit
• Wash vase, change water and cut stems with sharp clean tool 45 angle (1.5-2cm) every two days
• Water should be crystal clear and no leaves in it, just bare stems
• Remove those leaves and flowers which started to fade

Please note that every flower has its season which affects availability and price. If some flowers are not available we will substitute seasonal flowers of the same category.If having a certain flower included is important for you, or there are flowers you don't want included, please phone or email to let us know.
